By accessing or using Todayish (todayish.co), operated by 5Tree (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Todayish is a free, daily-updating content website that provides holiday information, historical events, birthday data, recipes, horoscopes, fitness routines, polls, games, and other entertainment and informational content. Content is refreshed on a daily basis and varies by date.

The Todayish name, logo, design, and original content are the property of 5Tree. Third-party content (including images sourced from Unsplash, Wikipedia, and TMDB) is used under their respective licenses. You may share links to Todayish pages but may not reproduce substantial portions of our content without written permission.

User-Generated Content

When you submit a response to the daily Vibe Check poll, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that response in aggregate form (e.g., displaying poll results and mood trends). Poll responses are anonymous and cannot be attributed to individual users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Todayish is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the site is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5Tree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Todayish, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
